Dr. Mark Bezerra Speeks

Mark has deep experience across private equity, corporate development, and corporate finance, with a focus on financial services. He has held senior operational roles in high-growth businesses, led a successful management buyout, and served as Interim CFO for several scaling companies. He began his career at Panmure Gordon, followed by roles at Crédit Commercial de France and Charterhouse, with assignments in London, Paris, and New York. At Electra Partners, a UK-based private equity firm, he focused on SME and growth capital investments, later co-leading the management buyout that established Acuity Capital, where he served as Managing Partner. Mark holds a PhD from Oxford University and a master’s degree from Yale.
