Financial Controller

As we accelerate our growth, we are seeking a Controller to support ALPHA10X’s finance and administrative operations, ensuring accurate reporting, sound financial management and improvement of our processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring data-driven decisions. Prepare monthly management reports and KPI dashboards that provide actionable insights under the supervision of the CFO. Support accounting and reporting for French and international entities. Help with period closings and provide supporting documentation for audits. Support the internalization of French accounting and new tool implementation.
  • Accounting, Treasury & Operations: Participate in day-to-day accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and expense tracking. Assist in cash flow monitoring and treasury management. Contribute to internal control improvements and help streamline workflows through cloud-based finance tools.
  • Tax, HR & Administration: Support tax compliance (VAT, CIR/CII, corporate filings) under supervision. Assist with payroll inputs, employee expense management, and HR documentation. Provide administrative and financial support for contracts, insurance, and general office management.

‍ What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial control.
  • Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
  • Fluent (French & English), both written and spoken.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and VAT concepts.
  • Interest in finance automation, cloud-based tools, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
